Julie Mandery Teacher of Piano, Flute, and Music Theory
Julie Mandery is an experienced teacher of piano and music theory. She studied with Dr, Bowling through high school and later received a Bachelor of Arts degree in piano from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, N.J. Her teacher was Ida Leshchinskaya. Mrs. Mandery has taught K-4 class full time, 8th grade computer classes and held administrative positions in grade schools. Mrs. Mandery is an active performer, accompanist, arranger, and composer. She has extensive experience in church music and is also the Theory Chair for the Washington Music Teacher's Association. Many Bowling Music Studio students are currently studying both piano and music theory from Mrs. Mandery.
